Can the Vagabond move Allied warriors using the Ferry? If so, does the Ally faction also draw a card?
Yes to both!
If I move the Ferry to a clearing with a sympathy token, do I draw the card first or trigger Outrage first?
These happen at the same time, so you decide the order.
