Prowler Syndicate

The Prowler Syndicate is a gang of thugs who force there agenda by posting bounties on the heads of specific wood folk and institutions. They score points by fulfilling their bounties, which can mean the disposing of their targets or protecting them from harm. The Syndicate is backed by a variety of different warriors; Their scouts have excellent mobility, even being able to ignore rule when moving in groups by themselves; their enforcers are vicious hunters in when left in packs by themselves, dealing an extra hit when attacking in the same clearing as their targets; finally their contractors are experienced veterans, who allow the Syndicate to craft and to post additional bounties. The Syndicate also has several offices they can construct that give additional actions to specific warrior types. But remember, any player is allowed to eliminate targets and claim the reward. The business of headhunting is very competitive.
